FLU CLINICS 2019
ALL FLU VACCINATION APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.
These can be booked via:
- SystmOnline https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com or the NHS App
- Using our automated phone system:
- Press 1 whilst in the phone queue
- Enter your date of birth and telephone number as instructed
- Press 1 to make a new appointment and then 4 if you're aged 65 and over or 5 if you're aged between 18-64)
- Appointments are only available 28 days in advance.

The children's nasal flu vaccinations have arrived. We are steadily sending out invites but please feel free to book your child's appointment today if you know they're eligible. Please check the link above or ask at Reception.

Camera Controlled Car Park Management System
We would like to inform you that a new park management system is NOW LIVE.
The first 30 minutes are free, to enable people to pop in and collect prescriptions etc… For additional time please enter your full correct vehicle registration details into the terminal.

Have you registered for SystmOnline?
You can book appointments, request medication and access part of your medical record including blood results. Please ask at reception...
Alternatively, please try Option 1 on our phone system, Patient Partner, and cut the queues to make, change or cancel an appointment.
Help us to help you by reducing our Did Not Attend rate and being able to offer more appointments.

Named Accountable GP
All patients at the practice have a named accountable GP on their clinical record. Your named GP has overall responsibility for your care but you may see any GP of your choosing at the surgery. If you wish to find out who your named GP is, please ask at reception.
Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
